Undone and done

There will be moments and that moment can be now when you feel your life is kinda undone, totally messed up and your mind has been racing uncontrollably. Your life is stormed, and your eyes can’t simply get off the storm!

The resultant effect is to begin to sink and fear grips you! The moment is not just a feeling, it’s real, your body is responding to the fire, sometimes you sweat, you can’t sleep, you have too much or too little appetite. The episode lingers on, and you feel undone

There is one who looks on, not to judge your responses but to beckon you to hope. When you feel done because you are so undone, the very things you believed seem to disintegrate and you are looking for something to hold on. The temptation is to be annoyed with the other who looks on although you always knew he can, you now wonder whether he will!

There other at the point of your being undone takes over in ways beyond you. God the creator won’t let go, will you be done by everything except faith and hope. A surrender to one greater is not giving up but giving in! Giving in to the process and a trust of patience, a silent shout for help, a motionless beckon for grace in time of need! An endurance and an admission of frailty.

Let resurrection be! It’s not the weight of the stone on the grave, nor the commitment of the soldiers that guard it, rather it’s power of the holy spirit that rolls the stone and chases the soldiers. Your moment may not be three days, it may be forty days, or longer, the walk of faith and hope remains your way out! May grace intersect faith and hope, and carry you on the wings of the other greater than you.

May the heavy stones succumb, May the enemies scatter as the Lord rises over your circumstances. I’m done for the undone!
